Part 1: Privacy Policy

Information you provide:Your name, email address, and the sporting data you choose to submit (player names, match statistics, team names, and uploaded photos or media).
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not see, collect, or store your credit card information on our servers.
Automatically collected data: Basic usage data (device type, browser, error logs) to improve website performance.
2. How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly to:
Generate and personalize your cinematic sporting memory videos.
Email you the final high-resolution video links.
Provide customer support and resolve technical issues.
We never sell your personal data or uploaded media.
3. Third-Party Processing & AI To create your videos, your submitted text and media are temporarily securely processed by our trusted technology partners (including OpenAI for scripting and Creatomate for video rendering). Your data is only used for the generation of your specific video and is not used to train public AI models.
4. Data Retention & Storage We keep your match data and final videos on our secure cloud servers only as long as necessary to provide the service and allow you to download your purchases. You may request the deletion of your data and videos at any time by contacting us.
5. Children's Privacy While our service is designed to celebrate youth and amateur sports, Snap's Sporting Memories must be used by an adult (18+). By uploading names, images, or videos of minors, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or have the explicit consent of the parents to process this media.
Part 2: Terms of Service
1. User Content & Rights You retain full ownership of any photos, videos, or data you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a temporary, restricted license to process, host, and modify them solely for the purpose of generating your final match report video. You agree not to upload copyrighted broadcast footage or offensive material.
2. AI-Generated Content Because our videos are generated using artificial intelligence, the final output may occasionally contain minor creative variations. We provide a free preview system so you can review the generated script and video before making a purchase.
Part 3: Refund Policy
Because Snap's Sporting Memories delivers a custom digital product, all sales are final.
To guarantee your satisfaction, our platform provides a free, watermarked preview of your video and allows you up to three (3) free edit rounds to correct typos, change names, or adjust scores before you are asked to pay.
By completing your purchase via Stripe, you confirm that you have reviewed the preview and are satisfied with the details. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or user-submitted typos once the final high-resolution video has been rendered and emailed.
If your final delivered video is broken, corrupted, or fails to render due to a technical error on our end, please contact us within 7 days for a manual regeneration or a full refund.
